The World Justice Project Rule of Law Index is seeking full-time Spring Semester intern. Possible opportunity to earn college credit. The internship will begin January 21, 2010.
The intern will provide administrative support for the overall development of the Rule of Law Index. Much of the intern work will include organizational work in Microsoft Excel and Word; assisting in editing and proof reading documents; internet research; and other office and logistical support duties.
Intern Qualifications:
This internship is open to undergraduate or graduate students with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA. The candidate should be majoring in economics or a related field. Applicants must have a strong quantitative background. Coursework in quantitative research methods, statistics, and regression analysis is desired.
This internship requires excellent oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to communicate in a professional manner with senior level professionals both in writing and over the phone, strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, the ability to work independently as well as in group settings and willingness to work flexibly under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
